1. Return Request Window
Return/refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
2. Return Eligibility (Case-by-Case Review)
To be considered eligible, items should be:
- Unused
- Unopened (where applicable)
- Undamaged
- In original packaging and condition
All requests are reviewed case by case based on product condition and issue type.
3. Non-Eligible Returns
- Requests made after 14 days
- Used, opened, altered, or damaged items (not due to shipping)
- Missing original packaging/components
- Items returned without approval
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within the 14-day window with your order number, clear photos/videos, and a short description of the issue.
5. How to Request a Return/Refund
Please contact support with your order number and request details. Do not return items without written confirmation and return instructions from support.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective/incorrect (or where required by law), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
7. Refund Method & Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Typical processing time is 5–10 business days after approval (may vary by bank/provider).
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
You may request order changes/cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. After processing begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
9. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or undeliverable due to customer-side issues (for example wrong address or failure to receive), any refund may be reduced by shipping/handling and related costs.
